Senior Project Manager- Facility Services Incorporated ~ Job duties include Developing Energy Management Programs to Optimize the Energy Savings   of Building Owners Facilities.  Provide support to existing Building Automation Systems to enhance the Energy Cost Saving and Performance. Provide Remote System Monitoring Services and Utility Tracking  Programs, Provide Energy Management Training for Owner Staff.

Senior Controls Project Manager – Johnson Controls ~ Job duties include 11 years Management of 40 plus client building automation systems, responsible for repairing and maintaining HVAC equipment and monitoring computers, kept clients up to date on latest product improvements to improve their sustainable infrastructures to maximize efficiency.
