Senior National Facilities Executive for University and Health Care - Siebe Environmental Controls ~ Job duties include development of total cost avoidance programs including building automation, mechanical equipment operational changes, and equipment replacement.  Managing all electrical and lighting projects.

Director of Facilities - Lipscomb University ~  Job duties include total energy and maintenance management, reducing utility cost, as well as maintenance and operation cost analysis and developing ongoing programs to assist in energy cost reduction.

University & Medical Mechanical Engineer – Vanderbilt University ~   Job duties include overseeing the construction of the new ground up 650 bed hospital, Medical School, Business School, Law School, Nursing School, expansion of the central power plant, sub-station, and the football stadium.  Responsibilities also included the procurement of energy and obtaining energy grants on behalf of Vanderbilt.
