About FSI
Facility Services Management, Inc. (FSI) is a woman-owned business with over 40 active contracts worldwide. We perform total base operations and maintenance, construction and renovation on military bases, hospitals, research facilities, and specialty buildings. We also provide records management services. FSI's primary focus has always been to provide excellent customer service and quality management solutions to the United States Department of Defense and other federal agencies.

We strive every day, on every one of our contracts, to always do the right thing. We work hard to understand our customers' needs and how we can best serve those needs under each specific contract. We feel our performance on past and present contracts exemplifies our efforts toward our objectives. We constantly improve ourselves and our work, while keeping our customers' needs at the forefront of our efforts.
Facility Services is a certified International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001:2015 company. We incorporate ISO quality management principles at all of our job sites and offer a strong knowledge base of hands-on lessons learned and best practices through our contract-specific management plans.

Our History
From our first contract in 1994, Facility Services has been committed to honesty and fairness with our customers and employees. Our goal of providing excellent performance and customer service was, and still is, our driving force. This commitment has fueled our growth and expanded our experience and capabilities. FSI is headquartered in Clarksville, Tennessee – just outside of Fort Campbell and the 101st Airborne Division.
With over 29 years of experience providing total base operations support services (BOSS), complete facilities operations services, hospital maintenance, repair, and construction to the Department of Defense (DoD) and many other governmental agencies across the United States, FSI has the knowledge and capacity to handle any need or problem that may arise.
