Description
FSI was awarded a five-year contract by the U.S. Army Engineering & Support Center to perform all operations, maintenance, repairs, and facility management support tasks and functions for the medical facilities at the Joint Ambulatory Care Clinic (JACC) in Charleston, South Carolina. This facility is also known as the Naval Medicine Readiness and Training Clinic (NMRTC).
Facility Services will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, subcontractors, and any other necessary items and services. FSI will also perform custodial, grounds maintenance and interior painting services for the clinics.
The Naval Health Clinic Charleston was commissioned in 1917, and was originally an emergency hospital for those wounded during Wold War I. Over the last 100 years, the clinic has grown immensely and is now a state-of-the-art, 188,000 square foot medical clinic.
