Description
Facility Services (FSI) was awarded a three-year contract by the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to provide medical treatment facilities operations, maintenance, and repair work for the 78th Medical Group at Robins AFB, Georgia.
FSI will provide full-service Operations & Maintenance for the 78th Medical Group, including all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, testing, and inspection of all systems and equipment. FSI has been performing Operations & Maintenance work at Robins AFB Clinic since August of 2015.
Robins AFB is named in honor of Brigadier General Augustine Warner Robins, the Air Force's "father of logistics." It is one of only three U.S. Air Force Air Logistic Centers and is responsible for repairs, modifications, and overhauls of most major Air Force aircrafts. It is also the largest industrial complex in Georgia; employing over 25,000 civilians, contractors, and military members.
